All of our products are made to order, which means we don’t hold inventory. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect orders made at checkout.

 

Damaged or Misprinted Items:

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered! Please email us at artbynovalani@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

 

• A photo of the item

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

 

 

We’ll work with Printful to send you a free replacement or offer a refund where appropriate.
